The Eastern Phoebe Deluxe Suite offers views of Reflection Pond, the Androscoggin River, and Shelburne’s Grand Falls in the Mahoosic Range. It is decorated in blue and white with a mahogany sleigh bed in the bedroom. Over the bed is a handmade wall quilt made by Mary Ann’s friend Virginia.

Our Deluxe Suites are air conditioned, spacious suites located towards the front of the house.  This Suite has a sitting room, queen size bed in the bedroom and full bath with whirlpool tub.

Rates include a hearty breakfast, afternoon snack and beverages all day.
9% NH Room and Meal tax is not included.
